    Buff,
They (Lumberjack) will set me up as a dealer and that is how I got the pricing. They said they checked my area and would set me up as a dealer because there was not a dealer nearby. You may want to go on their website direct and fill out the form for pricing info and see if they will do the same for you being that you can easily divide up a pallet of pellets. You can mix and match on the pallet as far as flavors and bag size. Even if I am not able to bring in my pallet and use the pricing to my advantage, I'm glad I can pass on the info to fellow shooters and pellet users. With the current response, we could easily do a pallet. Not a group buy type of thing, but take it off line and work together on this. Kind of like the guys who run to colorado springs for the ammo can deals. First see if you can become a dealer with them to get the great pricing. If not, let me know and I can get setup and we can move forward. PM if needed and I hope I/we are not breaking the "group buy" rules here. Want to keep it more of a bbq guys helping out bbq guys and the only way to network such an interest is here.
Ah Pook, I got a bag of traeger when I got my first pellet grill. Thought they were good till I tried something else. I really like the Lumberjack for the price. Mainly I want a pellet that I can use for my higher temp cooks and not looking for a great smoke flavor. Like grilling steaks, chicken, burgers. Using the cookingpellets brand for all my grilling/smoking is getting expensive. More so when the cold temps start coming and the grill has to work harder to maintain temps.

They are awesome and the flavor of the food is great. However, ask here before you buy. I have a traeger and a Green Mountain Grill with the wifi feature. Each has it's own quirks.

Thx for the reminder, I forgot about him.
Yes he is, and thinks along the same lines as most of us.

Update. got an email from lumberjack that they have an online company that sets up group buys for them. We place our orders online, pay, they ship it here to wherever we want. We show up and pick up our pellets. Easy. Or sounds really easy. Will know more about the and pricing in the morning. Lots of people doing it this way in other states.

Hey thanks for the info, since I have a LLC it should be pretty straight forward ad since the only dealer within 25miles of my is in FoCo it should be "legit".....
I've going to visit Dave and see if he has a pretty deal on skid pricing. He's always treated me very well when I buy skids of ice melt. If I run into problems I'll shoot you a PM.

    Thanks again

I have not been happy with the traeger pellets in my gmg. I've been buying them at costco, but the blend has an off smell...almost like plastic.

I hadn't heard of lumberjack. I'm going to give some a try.

Not turning this into a best pellet thread but I notice more soot when I crank the GMG up to 500˚, with the Traeger pellets.

I get that with a few different pellets.
