I don't understand the whole dragging of feet once in motion.
Then again i don't grasp the concept of a $150-400 helmet while wearing sneakers, no shoes, flipflops, shorts and a tank top.

Typically it keeps the organs viable until the can be properly harvested.....

Maybe I'm just have a strong aversion to road rash, but yeah I don't get it either.
