You had an encounter with an unhinged intolerant Lib who had to get in your face because she saw something she didn't like. It was a passive aggressive way of trying to intimidate/change you. Her typical beta-male partner stayed silent, like he always does, because she is the man the relationship and thus the battles are left to her.

I've got a couple of bolt face t-shirts, but I have only ever been asked what the goofy gear on my shirt is about, never been accosted. I do occasionally get a thumbs up or similar.
