• Homeless trespassing (squatting) stealing items, zero consequences
• Having sex on peoples' property?!?
• Feces, needles left on property
• Denver residents showing their unbridled bigotry against the downtrodden homeless

Did the state House's Homeless Bill of Rights include the right to shag on some else's property? I must have missed that. Maybe they should add it? Everyone has a right to screw.

You expect, and I have seen, a lot of this in downtown. But now it's moving out to residential areas/neighborhoods. I think that is likely just due to sheer volume of homeless that have been imported.
