Wolf gold is awesome ammo. Shoots cleaner than pmc, freedom. Accurate too. Have never had a problem. Target Sports' prices today are higher than they have been in a year. Pre election pricing. Wolf gold jumped $20 a case.

So the lower wasn't a problem.

Neither was the LPK or the stock. But you know what I can't find for a reasonable price? A buffer tube!

I see Brownells has one for $40.

Thankfully I have a spare PSA kit sitting around so I'll use that tube, nut, and plate and just replace when time allows.

Ammo seems to be drying up. SGammo, Targetsportsusa and Luckygunner are sold out of Wolf Gold. Luckgunner is up to $375/1k. The other two havent marked it up but also nothing in stock so that could change once in stock again.

I heard a few weeks ago that buffers are the bitch to find right now.. pistol more so than rifle, at least for the regular cheapo ones.

Went by The Firing Line today. The racks are all fully stocked with rifles, lowers and parts.

I've seen some AR-10's people brought in that didn't mate well on the otherhand, it's a pain trying to ID things based on counting bolt lugs.

They just had a deal on CHF keymod complete PA-10 upper's too.... around $600 for a FN cold hammer forged, double chrome line barreled upper... shoulda snagged one. Probably last three generations. After that, everything listed as out of stock, now gone. They were talking about releasing gen 2 PSA lowers not that long ago (4 months or so), with suggestions that they would be in stock in 90 days, then 90 days again, then 90 days again, so I wonder if something up and completely imploded as far as that goes and they have zero production.

A lot of AR-10's have kinks across various manufacturers, but generally they are easy to work out - including PSA.

I built a 308 AR from a CMMG upper and PSA lower. I never had a chance to fire the damn thing before it was on the chopping block due to some unexpected bills coming up...but it went together just fine and seemed like it would function as intended from what I could tell.

No kidding. And it looks like the folks that have them online have jacked the prices a bit.

Well, whatever you do, don't tell us!

Or are you meaning "in a stock" in stock?
