The fact that his device was aimed at people who were likely not even alive at the time, let alone responsible for the 40 year old grievance, makes this especially evil. We joked at first because no one was hurt but this is serious and I hope he spends the rest of his life in prison (assuming he is tried/convicted of course).

This is Boulder Co. Sheriff Pelle's speculation. I have little to no interest in what he has to say. The story still makes no sense. There is a pre-school, laundromat, diner and carousel within distance. The midg. is revenging a 40 year old incident?

Word is that he didn't buy AT&T burners and therefore there was no reception.

Unless he is a Timothy McVeigh coward, I don't see a reasonable explanation.
