    its not bad, need to erase the chalk marks, however you can buy replacement foam for semi cheap if you ever really botch it

    you can get one at target for 20 bucks and ill bet find a cheaper one at walmart or something

    Once you cut the outline with the electric knife, how do you get the foam out?

    it just pops right out. honestly, it is not a difficult process at all, its exactly as youd think. trace the weapons in chalk or something removable, cut on the INSIDE of the chalk so its tighter, take your time unlike me, poke some slits with a sharp knife first so you can but the electric one in it, then the electric one just strolls right on through it, no catching or anything. its pretty solid foam.
