Botach shipping time?

Hey guys, I made my first order from Botach last Monday and so far...am a little frustrated with them.
I ordered 3 magazines and they still haven't shipped out. I called yesterday and they couldn't tell me why the order hasn't shipped yet but it should be sent out in the next 2-3 business days. Is this pretty common for them or is this an isolated incident? First world problems galore but it's been a long time since I've had a business not ship out an in stock item within a day or two.

Common. There's a thread around here. You get what they feel like putting in the box when they feel like it. Even if you ordered something else.

Stopped reading after "Botach".

I've ordered a couple things from them . . . never anything where I am all that concerned about delivery time. But they have a pretty well-earned reputation for not having the greatest CS, stocking or delivery practices--historically speaking--on another board I frequent.

I had to threaten a chargeback to get their CS to agree to send me a part they didn't put in the box.
