Love this little gem that was just posted:

"I have a problem with someone that keeps getting into my car. If I leave my car unlocked this person gets in it and stays there for a while. I don't know how long as it is overnight hours. Nothing is ever stolen, I don't keep anything of value in it. I just know that someone has been in it. Sometimes I find crumbs or wrapper pieces, most of the time the dome light is on from the door being ajar. Is anyone else having this problem?

Someone in my neighborhood list posted about rattlesnakes. They want to talk about nearby construction and one jack tard even posted that in "13 years they have seen only one" which was "in the driveway" and their "little girl thought it was a stick and almost picked it up" and went on to say "that's in THIRTEEN years" as if it somehow signifies how few rattlesnakes there are in this neighborhood. So, just how many rattlesnakes does your small child have to pick up for you to agree we have a problem?

Then, as if that weren't enough, it gets better....

Another person posted: "Just remember the rattlesnakes are a protected species. It's a hefty fine for killing them. One of our church friends makes a habit of turning folks into the Fish and Wildlife if he finds out they are killing snakes. If needed, call the Sheriff on non-emergency line and they can send someone out to catch the reptile and release it later in the Pawnee Grasslands."

    My response:
"Rattlesnakes are not protected in any way, shape or form. Whoever the narc is that's reporting people for killing them has way too much time on his hands. Do not call Larimer County Sheriff's Department about a snake in your yard. They've got more important things to do.

If people would stop cultivating rattlesnake food by feeding rabbits and encouraging their numbers in our neighborhood it would make a big difference since snakes just go where the food is.

If you don't want to deal with rattlesnakes in your yard then don't feed the cute little bunny rabbits. If everybody thought the same way we wouldn't have a rattlesnake problem."

My guess is that is just too much logic for their feeble minds to comprehend however and they're going to come back with some diabolical reasoning to stick around the 'hood even if we eliminated all of the rabbits because of some vendetta or some other reasoning that rattlesnakes are clearly capable of.

    lol

    Just from today.

Good morning neighbors! I wanted to give you a heads up about your pets and keeping them close to you this time of year. Leaving for work this morning, about 630 am, I encountered a coyote in the middle of the street right in front of my house. We live off 106th and Albion. He was not alarmed by me either which was even scarier. My husband had been out with our pets about 20 minutes prior to this for their morning business. First time I've come face to face with one and scared the crap out of me. Be safe with your animals! Have a great day!

So...you saw a coyote while you were driving? Thanks for the warning?

    My (imagined) response.

"Great, with my luck, this jackahole might report me for shooting bunnies in my back yard to help control the rattlesnakes."

That is, if I was in your neighborhood, and hadn't gotten banned from ND within a week.

We saw a coyote this morning. Stopped for a bit to see where she was going and to comment on how healthy she looked. Apparently the mild winter has been good for lots of us.

If a coyote gets your pet, you are at fault and you have let your pet down, IMO.

We had foxes invade our neighborhood a few years ago. It was awesome. Not only are the foxes kind of cool but as soon as I started noticing them I also noticed the over abundance of stray cats in the area pretty much went to zero.

My Next Door neighbor apologizes when a coyote makes it off his land onto mine.

Kinda sucks, he gets way more chances at them than I do.

Next time you shoot one, leave it there.

Mrs bo gets pretty testy when she is mowing hay and has to work around the rotting carcass.

I put them near an embankment between two fields nearby known to have several dens.
