"There are no finger prints under water."
Sure as long as you can find something that will burn only in the infra-red spectrum and will not snuff out at higher velocities.
I'm not aware of any material, but anything is possible.
I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.
Just thought it'd give you a slight tactical advantage till the other team figures it out.
Best tracer scene in a movie I've seen, is in The Story of Benjamin Button. It was awesome.

I can check with Greg Satre of Denver bullets. He has .45 "stoplight" tracer that burns red/yellow/green.
Yup:

I have a few rounds as a novelty.

If you're asking if I have nightvision equipment, yes. The rounds in question are designated the M62 IR/Dim tracer. They're not too hard to find. Like I said I have a few rounds in my collection that were given to me as a novelty, not to fire.
sweeeet!!
I have linked 7.62 that I have fired with my PVS-14 on that has an IR tracer instead of regular tracer. I still have several belts left of the stuff.
