is there a way to see what the last posts were throughout the entire site (maybe not include new member sign in)? I know that if you go to a specific forum, the latest post will be at the top, but on other forums, Ive learned a lot from topics that i wasnt specifically looking for, just saw that people were talking about caught my eye and then educated myself on.

Also, once you are in a forum or on the Search Results page, you can go directly to new posts you haven't read within a thread by clicking on the little gray circle with the white down-arrows in it to the left of each thread title. I only recently figured this out - saves opening the thread and then clicking the "view first unread" at the top. May help someone as slow as me in figuring these shortcuts out.
