The "Palestinians" (yes the same folks who celebrated in the streets on 9/11) can kiss my ass. The Dead Sea Scrolls physically belong to Israel though the writings are for all of humanity. In 1986 I had the opportunity to visit the Qumran Caves. A very humbling experience.
