    So apparently Hillary gets a pass?

    Getting away with continued crimes does not help anyone heal. Mercy is not divorced from Justice, but a recognition of fault and the decreasing or forgiving of the penalty. As such, this is not mercy.

    Apparently there are more important things to consider. Give Trump some time and we'll see what happens. Given her aliments Hillary probably won't be around for too much longer.

    Odds are a deal was struck after the debacle the D's suffered election night. Hillary agrees to concede, not contest at any time the electoral results and she does not get prosecuted.
