Between now and 12/19 that is exactly what Soros & Co would want. For them to initiate violence while there is uncertainty (among the ignorant) on the EC vs populate vote.

I fear they're trying to poke the bear enough to get him to wake up and use that as a way to put Hillary in or call marshall law. The next month will be interesting to see how it unfolds.
