Another young man who apparently doesn't understand how cases are heard in the Supreme Court or how the Electoral College works. I know his primary education failed him. I wonder if he has a degree from some institution of higher learning? Here is a suggestion; don't like the Electoral College, amend the Constitution.

If the electoral college were eliminated we would then be a democracy not a constitutional republic. NOT a good idea, if it were popular vote then New York city and Kalifornia would the rule the USA. Flyover nation votes would be worthless. Not how the founders wanted it done. I didn't hear them bitch when the Republicans did not win the election by majority votes.

If you can go back and listen, the person in studio stated that he knew the guy being interviewed. That along with how calm the guy was just prior to the start of the interview and then how outrageous he got as he kept talking... I'd say he was a plant.
