I get that with my dog! Except he expects about half the food on my plate. And don't say that it's my fault since I started feeding him half my food at the table. It's because life's not fair! OW! I just hurt myself taking a knee....

After a full 48 hours of reflection on what transpired Tuesday, I want to apologize to the people that I love and everyone else directly affected by America's poor and cowardice decision. To all of my friends and people that I consider family in the LGBT+ community, to all of my friends from different parts of the world, and to all of the strong and powerful women that have shaped me to be the man that i am today, I'm sorry. You should not have to live in fear of having your rights stripped away from you, and you should not be prohibited from living the life you deserve. I can't say that i fully understand what it feels like to be in your position because I don't. But, I will always support you without question. It deeply saddens me to realize that are still so many racist, homphopic, and sexist people in this country. But, there are also many that believe in what is right. I will always stand behind you, and remain positive that things will change for the better. Love and positivity will prevail. I love you.

Exhibit A is pretty strong. THAT might be the winner.

This picture has been shared by my 'friends' on facebook more times than I can count.

Another example some posted on a friends facebook:
This isn't directed to you but more of a general question for you and your supporters. How are you going to feel/answer to your friends that are minorities and gay now that they know you don't like them?
I can't make this stuff up. My generation is literally unbelievable.

It's not that "we" don't like them - it's that their skewed ideas of society and government don't work for "us". #ElectionsHaveConsequences

Mr. Trump is unfit to serve. His scapegoating of so many Americans, and his impulsivity, bullying, lying, admitted history of sexual assault, and utter lack of experience make him a danger to the Republic.
Secretary Clinton WON THE POPULAR VOTE and should be President.
Hillary won the popular vote. The only reason Trump "won" is because of the Electoral College.
But the Electoral College can actually give the White House to either candidate. So why not use this most undemocratic of our institutions to ensure a democratic result?
    SHE WON THE POPULAR VOTE.
There is no reason Trump should be President.
    "It's the 'People's Will'"
No. She won the popular vote.

No. Our Constitution says the Electors choose.
"Too many states prohibit 'Faithless Electors'"
24 states bind electors. If electors vote against their party, they usually pay a fine. And people get mad. But they can vote however they want and there is no legal means to stop them in most states.

No states bind electors, actually. They'll just fine them, or discount their ballots if they don't vote the way they're told to.

For that matter, the Congress on January 6th can decertify their electoral vote if it doesn't match their expectations, whether or not state law provides for such measures.

It would require an extraordinary collusion of state and congressional forces to allow the EC vote record, as expected by the nominal outcome of the 11/8 popular voting, to alter, much less change, the actual EC vote and certification.
