    So a guy walks into a psychiatrist's office completely naked, and wrapped head to toe in Saran wrap. Right away the guy asks, "Well Doc, what d'ya think?" The doctor replies, "I can clearly see your nuts."

    Great psychiatrist. Reserving prognosis until he or she has done a proper diagnosis.

    A reply of: " I can clearly see you're nuts" would have revealed an initial unfounded bias.

    Completely naked is not possible if he was wrapped in saran wrap.
