Any recommendations on gas forced air furnaces? Buying a house and the current 40 year old furnace needs to go. Current furnace is a Rheem.

Are all the major brands pretty comparable? Costco has a deal on Lennox furnaces. Anyone have experience with buying through Costco? What others should I be looking at? Also looking for HVAC company recommendations who work in the Arvada area.
