*if* this is real, do you really think they'd operate at the actual pizza location? I don't think so. I'd guess that Mr Pizza Shop Owner has an off site location and that is just the communication hub with no incriminating evidence on site. That way, when the claims come out and crazy rifle man shows up, you can say "See, nothing here! Nothing to any of this!" and look like the victim. From there, the media and general population will be on your side.

There are several coded locations in the emails. No, I don't have the magical decoder ring but other people have theories. None of which could ever be substantiated absent an investigation.
