How much you looking for? I used a place in Ft Collins till we dropped in to this place. Fairly laid back and good prices on trade in junk silver.

eBay - from the big PM dealers - often find the best prices there.

    Other options include:

or The Silver Guys locally and a few other fair dealers at every Tanner.

Good prices and no shipping charges at jmbullion. Check out their on sale tab. They also currently have a starter pack promotion for ten ounces of silver at spot.

I am not finding that promotion under their search tool. Do you have a link?

There's a Tanner show this weekend... I would imagine the Silver Guy will be there, but I do not know for certain.

I have kind of a tangential question about gold and silver.

Is it legal to buy and sell using cash with no paperwork? Is there a limit per transaction before the IRS are informed?

Seems to me that a stockpile of gold and silver "off paper" would be the most desirable since if there is ever a major disruption of the monetary system, you don't want the Fed.Gov knowing you have coinage or bullion in case they try to pull that Executive Order 6102 crap again.
