QUITTER
USAA has changed for the worse, in my opinion, with their property claims recently, but I have no idea if they are maintaining their once stellar auto insurance customer service. Colorado is now the 8th worse state for driving and everyone's rates are going up.
After the big AIG scandal a few years ago, it was bought out or rebranded and 21st Century emerged out of that. I realize that none of the info/opinion I just posted actually answers your question. We've got Progressive and have had Geico as well. We've been happy with them, but also haven't had accidents while insured with them. I had an accident when I was insured with The Hartford, but it was so long ago I don't feel like it's relevant (overall good experience).
Steer clear of Fred Loya.
