Sane person with a better sight picture
The NRA training materials are really pretty good for the basics of shooting. The CMP also sells US Army Shooting Team training materials -- videos and books. For about $6, the Boy Scout Rifle Merit Badge book goes over a lot of the basics like sight picture, posture, breath control, etc.
I have some older reading material here. if you'd like to stop by, you're welcome to it.

Obviously not a golfer.
Col. Jeff Cooper (Shooting, mindset) and Patrick McManus (hunting, outdoors, humor) are always solid and easy reads.
