Actually I think this is the kind of thing my FIL's shop does. PM me a number or something maybe and I'll try to get ahold of him today.
There is a place in Greeley (long ways for you) called Smith Electric Company that might be able to help you. Maybe you can ship it to them?

Depending on the motor, it's not too hard to pull the unit apart and replace it yourself. Providing the parts are available.

There are 3 places I know of in Denver that could do it Denver electric motor sales and service being one

I do this stuff at work all the time. Usually pull it apart and get the numbers off the bearing and call Whistler Bearing to get the new bearing. Shouldn't be a big deal to do it yourself.
