If you let the suppressor sit while packing up, it's usually cooled down enough to handle.

Personally more of a Dasani guy myself, but distilled water is what I carry in my bag for running wet and cooling down.

Silicone baking mat, ove glove, or if your nostalgic you can grab one of the gloves the Army issues to .50 cal crews for barrel swaps.
