Local source for stripped lower?

Hey everybody. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any shop or individual who might have a stripped lower for sale in the Colorado Springs or Pueblo area. I'm willing to go to Denver if necessary as I have to travel there frequently anyway. I've tried the internet route twice only to have my order stuck in limbo. Plus, I'd really like to support local business whenever possible. Alternatively, I could go with one of these "80%" lowers I've seen for sale. I have access to a pretty complete machine shop and a highly skilled gunsmith to assist me if I go this route. Ar's just aren't his thing, but, he'll help with the machine work. I'm looking to assemble my own rifle, both for budgetary reasons and because it looks like a fun project. Anyway, what do you guys think? Any direction you could point me in would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Lots of stripped lowers online for around $100 but would rather buy local. Anyone in the Denver area carrying stripped lowers around the same price? I'm currently looking for 2-3.
