premise is that Hitler didn't commit suicide, but travelled 70 years into the future... gets discovered as an impersonator...
They were making fun of themselves making fun of Hitler...
At one point, they re-create the famous scene from "Downfall"... but with another character.
I was really surprised at how entertained I was.

We've watched The Magicians, both seasons so far. The first part of the first season was a little slow and disjointed-seeming, but then it got very good, very fast. We blew through the second season when I found it on DVD at Walmart.

Another brilliant show is the BBC comedy "Detectorists". I really enjoy quirky British humor. Seasons 1 & 2 or on Amazon if anyone's into that sort of thing (I searched but didn't find it mentioned in the thread).

Not sure where you can stream it, but the BBC recently did a new version of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency and we've been enjoying it (I think its on BBC America and you can pay to stream it on Amazon)
Apparently its on Netflix for those outside the US.

I was too distracted by it doing nothing by the stories from the books to enjoy it. Scattershot and disjointed. But I really liked the books, so that might be my prejudice.

Just started watching "It's always sunny in Philadelphia". It's like watching a train wreck, you can't turn away...and Danny Devito is hilarious.
