Just watched this. I enjoyed it and thought it was pretty decent for a Netflix movie. Worth watching.

Just started MeatEater on Netflix. Not much of a hunter but great cinematography.

You learn a whole lot from that show.

ETA: They made a rule early on that if it doesn't happen on camera, it didn't happen. So there is an episode where Steve is hunting elk in Alaska with Remi Warren. It's a ho-hum episode. During the filming of that, the crew was attacked by a grizzly bear, but there isn't a peep about it in the episode. There is a two part podcast all about it though.

Agreed, I watched Triple Frontier last night. Good cast, great locations, not your typical story. Now just waiting for The Highwaymen to drop.

Triple Frontier was good. It's irritating when obviously knuckle headed stuff leads to obvious knuckle head results. Otherwise pretty good. I'm expecting a sequel.

Currently watching Hemlock Grove. It's interesting....some paranormal, evil corporation, biological engineering, greed stuff. Starring Famke Janssen. Who would be stunning even in a potato sack.

Did I mention it stars Famke Janssen?

We watched Sugarloaf Mountain last night.

You can tell from the description that it's one of those movies where the plot is driven by increasingly poor decisions, whatever that genre is called. That's not a spoiler. They do a good job with that and there is some dark stuff in it. Overall it was pretty good.

I watched the Expanse, all three seasons. I was never a Battlestar Galactica fan, so I can't compare. I stopped watching when Lorne Green was Adama.

It had some interesting episodes, but overall not particularly compelling IMHO. The whole proto-molecule-dead-detective-ancient-portal-space-warfare-random-plot-changes left a lot of loose ends.

Just finished The Dirt on Netflix. If you?re a fan of Motley Crue it isn?t too bad.
