If you can find The Wire, it's worth a watch

It's a measure of the civility in this country that no ones seems to fear constantly pissing off the people who own lots of guns.

just beat me to it--i've started watching it--about halfway season 3 and it's great. interesting to see the things we take for granted in more recent cop shows now are new to them. "burner phone? how are we going to track that?"

We've been watching Frontier. I'm not even sure if it's that good, but I don't care, I like it anyway.

Santa Clarita Diet is on Netflix. It's a half hour show starring Timothy Olyphant, Drew Barrymore and a whole lot of guest stars. It is HILARIOUS, disgusting, and filled with all sorts of in-jokes. Do not watch it while you are eating. You'll never look at zombies the same way again.

Read a write up on it sunday, probably watch it next binge night. Drew & "Raylan" received good reviews. It's nice there's an outlet for other than "Prime Time" television pablum.

Getting tired of zombies, but it looks fresh enough to watch. I've already had it recommended by friends as well.

This is the first show in a long time that I actually laughed out loud at. Damn, it's pretty hilarious, Olyphant really has some comedic chops in it. Hard to believe it's the same guy as in Deadwood.

Saw the film "Targeted" last night on Netflix. Takes a very pro 2A stance with a young guy from California documenting his journey around the U.S. and Switzerland. Relays common opinions shared by firearm owners. Overall not a bad little documentary and was surprised it was even on Netflix...

Not sure if "Man in the High Castle" has been mentioned yet, but after 2 episodes, it looks promising.

    Edit: Amazon
It's about America IF the Nazis and the Japanese won WWII. East of the rockies is German controlled, west of the rockies is Japanese controlled and what we know as the Redoubt today is the "neutral zone".

Watching the band Eagles of Death Metal tell the story of their experience at the Bataclan concert hall, during the terrorist attack.
