Pretty cool, too pricey for me.
I'm going to design a similar system designed to be used out at the Pawnee Grasslands. Every time the wind gusts, all the targets stand up. Should be cheaper to implement.
Targets may never fall at Pawnee.
Max wind speed 5 mph. Bummer.
