I've never done flooring like that . . . only a couple fairly small areas of tile. But that's the kind of thing I could see myself struggling with is trying to get that crap square over a large area. Turned out nice. Always immensely satisfying to knock something like that out while saving some cash.

I did a refinish of the stair rails and put in iron balusters a few months ago. Looks nice and saved a bunch . . . but man, was it a pain to sand, stain, etc.
