1. Nominate a SCOTUS Justice in the vein of Scalia.
  2. Sign out an Executive Order renouncing all Executive Orders and new regulations passed since 20 Jan 2009 but inviting affected parties and agencies to resubmit for consideration.
  3. Initiate a special prosecutor for the misuse of official powers at the IRS.
  4. Pardon the sailor who was prosecuted for taking selfies on his sub.
  5. Terminate politically correct prosecutions and administrative actions within DoD.
  6. Eliminate "social justice" type programs in DoD -- anything that involves putting Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines through "sensitivity" training, wearing high heels, or anything else that doesn't directly contribute to decisively winning our future fights should go out the door and proponents should be invited to seek new careers
  7. Start shifting the VA from an entrenched socialized medicine bureaucracy to a funding stream giving vets control of their own healthcare with a small support core to provide counseling and information on options as well as a handful of research hospitals for conditions that are unique or particularly prevalent among vets.
  8. Direct gas taxes and other transportation fees away from liberal programs (e.g., alternative energy, "green" roads, etc.) and into the Highway Trust Fund and other transportation programs they were intended for then use those funds to immediately start rebuilding and renovating the national transportation infrastructure.
  9. Use the liberal tactic of admitting to "facts" and agreeing to "settlements" in court for lawsuits friendly to the agenda. Examples:
    1. Federal government's lack of authority over local education
    2. Allowing state governments to ADD to federal action (or inaction) on illegal immigration
    3. NLRB misuse of powers in sueing Boeing for establishing a second plant in SC
    4. The Clean Air Act was never meant and did not authorize regulation of carbon dioxide
    5. Illegal taking of car dealerships and other financial resources to benefit the UAW during the bailouts of GM and Chrysler
    6. etc.


As fast as Trump was going after the election, he'll probably finish the above by the end of February but that gives me time to add to the list.
