    Default Stolen ammo

I have a couple friends who had their house broken into. A LOT of ammo and reloading supplies were stolen.

Cases of Reminton .38 spl wadcutters
    Cases of PMC .223
Cases of Nosler 300 blk out 125gr black tip
    Cases 9mm brown box military
Case of 100 PMAGS still in wrappers
    2 10/22 Shilen barrels
    1 .338 Shilen barrel blank
    Cases 12 gauge ammo
    Powder
    Primers
    Bullets
    Reloading dies

If you see anything suspicious, please pm me or call Trinidad PD. 719-846-4441.

    Thank you.

One is a younger military man who has been scrimping and saving trying to get into 3 gun competition. Great guy and he is devastated.

Sorry to hear. Can't imagine that will be easy to track down.

Holy shit! I'd wager that was definitely done by somebody that knew all that was there.

Keep an eye on arfcom, armslist, backpage, gunbroker, classifieds and any other barter sites close, including New Mexico.

They may be planning to keep it for themselves and friends, but likely at least some of it will go up for sale. Proof will likely be difficult, but it may yield some leads. Wouldn'rt hurt to walk the local gun shows in the immediate future, as well.

All around a sh**ty deal, but I agree with the "knowledge of contents" theory posted above. Should also keep a suspicious eye/ear on all friends, associates and acquaintances for good measure.

Let's say on an off chance this stuff actually gets recovered. I wonder if the original owner is going to have any problem getting those magazines back?

Might not hurt to reach out to forum members in NM, to ask them to keep eyes/ears open. I know there are at least two, and they are both good guys.
