So if these idiots launch a firework at you, would you be justified in returning fire or be required to retreat and hide? How is launching an explosive device handled in Colorado law? I would assume it would be considered use of deadly force, since the right firework could kill.

I see this happening sooner than later in the current climate of liberal intolerance.
