Default 300 Blackout barrels - Advice wanted

I'm looking at building a 300 BLK SBR to mainly use with subsonic ammo and a suppressor. I want about a 9" barrel with a 1:7 twist. I've found a few barrels that have peaked my interest, and am curious if you guys have any experience with them or the brand. Any advice would be appreciated.

Aero precision, 8" CMV with QPQ finish:

Ballistic Advantage, 8.3" CMV with QPQ finish, gas block pinned, and target crown. Only thing Im not sure about, the website says "Hanson barrels are not designed to work with aftermarket piston kits", so Im not sure what piston kit will work or not.

Bravo Company, 9" 11595E steel, Chrome Lined:

    Thanks!

I've been running the KAK mr Blonde Barrel and have no problem stabilizing 215 gr Lead Subs so 1:7 isn't really needed IMHO. Been very happy with it and it shoots quite well. Being I only have a red dot and MBUIS on it I don't make much for accuracy claims with it since it shoots better than I can with that setup. Price is damn good too.

As to piston kits, I don't know of any that work worth a crap with a blackout, especially with subs if you're looking that direction.

I like the BA & Green Mountain barrels.

Not quite what you're looking at but I run a 10.5", also a 1:8 twist, one of these (see below) with 208 gr (they offer a 8.5" version) and have been very happy with it...
