Default Walther P99, live round stuck in chamber...

So here it is... Was out shooting the other day and she locked up solid, out of battery. Tried the old "rear sight on edge of table to force slide open" trick. No-go... I ended up pushing on the rear of the extractor so it would let go of the round, placed a spent casing in a stove-pipe position, eased the slide forward, and packed her up and went home...

What do you guys recommend doing to extract this little guy out of there? Pistol can not be broken down because I cant get it into battery, so anything I try will need to be with a fully assembled piece.

I have had people tell me to tap it out /w a wooden dowel. This seems kinda retarded. I have also seen pics where people pried on the rim with a screwdriver. Both seem a little ridiculous.

You can see its not in battery... Casing barely visible at back of barrel.

There is some minor damage to the casing when the extractor had pulled on it, but nothing major...
