Agreed. Most buyers are doing serious remodeling if not a complete gutting of the home. Sell as is with some concession for bathroom if the rooms are in need of repair, if not sell as is.

IF your home is older than 74? the FHA and VA loans consider any paint to have lead. That might require fresh painting
