    Default Car parts disposal?

My SIL & I replaced the front struts, lower control arms and CV axle shafts, both sides of his 2005 Trailblazer EXT this past weekend.

Any suggestions for disposing of these parts? Anyone here need some metal?

    Thx!

Sounds like those should fit in the trash can. Maybe not all at once but over a couple of weeks they could all be gone.

If the control arms are aluminum they might be worth a couple of bucks for scrap.

I always leave those sort of things in the alley behind my house. Scrappers take it within a couple days (usually the same day).

Take it to Western Scrap, trade for lead.

they wont give you anything unless you have 200 lbs or more for steel.. if they are aluminum they might be worth a few bucks if you remove the bushings... not worth it imo

You can drop it off at Koscove Metal, you won't get much but they will take any metal.
