Help Identifying a Part

I'm looking to ID the part in the picture below, or what it might be called to find something similar. I'm looking for the black and transparent mounting picture in the cover. For reference, the size is approx 5"x9" and would be used for a similar panel mount. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!

Guessing it's plastic? Is the black portion paint or some sort of gasket? It'd probably help if you told us what exactly we're looking at.

It's a game prop for paintball/lasertag/airsoft. I'm specifically looking for the black/clear pannel that is mounted into the white, through which the two buttons are mounted.

Very well may be - the part in the picture is not in my possession so it's all I have to go off of. Graves' suggestion of a gasket may be accurate. I thought it might be a single piece of Lexan with a painted border creating the window, or a tablet mount but I couldn't find anything searching those terms.

Looks like acrylic or lexan, with the back painted black.
