    Default Help Identifying a Part

I'm looking to ID the part in the picture below, or what it might be called to find something similar. I'm looking for the black and transparent mounting picture in the cover. For reference, the size is approx 5"x9" and would be used for a similar panel mount. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!

Guessing it's plastic? Is the black portion paint or some sort of gasket? It'd probably help if you told us what exactly we're looking at.

Maybe for you, but for me a buttfer and a dickfer serve two totally different purposes. Lol.

I've got 2 things I need help identifying.

The first is a Craftsman tool my father in law had but I have no idea what it is or what it's supposed to be used for. It's about 4" long.

The second is something (tool?) I found in the back of my Durango I got for my son a few years ago. I believe it's a tool as well, but for what? (Tape measure in pic to give an idea of size)
