    Default Need help posting pics...

Hi everybody. I was trying to attach some photos to a posting last night but I wasn't able to do so because the pics were considerably larger than the size limit the forum would allow. I see plenty of photos here, so I'm hoping someone can get me pointed in the right direction! Thanks for your help! Yes, I am a dumba$$ when it comes to computer stuff...

Sign up on a photo hosting website like photobucket(is what I use) or any other one. You can upload pics and they have the image codes for every pic and you just copy and paste in your post. Hope that makes since.

In your photobucket account, drag your mouse to the pic you want to post, there will be a drop down menu and copy the last img code then come here and paste it in your post. That's how I do it and if your image is still to big, check your camera menu and reduce the megapixils. That's all I know, I'm an idiot whenit come to this shit too!

see if photobucket supports compressing the image.. most jpg's that are large - 1-5 megs will reduce with jpg compression to a few 100k...
