I can't seem to find any information about when these are offered. Is there a link someone can point me to?

The ECOUSPSA website doesn't list any on their schedule page.

Contact the match you'd like to compete in, and ask them if they have a new shooter class. It's usually just something done before matches.

Pueblo offers them before each match.

The class before the match is the "Classroom" portion and the match itself is the hands on portion.
