    Default Need a Residential Structural Engineer

    My parents are trying to get ready to sell their house in highlands ranch. It was recommended that they get a structural engineer to look at their basement that's halfway to china. They aren't worried about the floor as much as the foundation.

    Does anyone do this type of work or have a guy?
