    Default Miles of tanks

A train filled with tanks and other armored vehicles went past my work today. I only took twenty seconds of video and a few pictures but it seemed like it went by forever. I don't know how much these things cost but I bet there were millions (if not billions) of dollars worth of equipment on that train.

M109A6 Paladins Self Propelled Artillery. The other vehicles are support for the guns, not sure of the nomenclature, believe they serve as mobile fire control centers, and ammunition resupply.

Looks like some Bradleys too on the initial video.

Got to drive up past some of the MP's armored cars other day was neat, dont see them as often as the mainstream stuff.

Yeah, we've been warned that there may be some traffic snarls on the south end of CS due to Ft Carson guys convoying down to Piñon Canyon for war games.

I've done that convoy down to PC at 40-ish mph. Makes for some entertaining times inside a small cramped military vehicle.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
