Yes, they use that data, but if you file a claim, they'll come look regardless of if you were or not. There are no pre-qualifications to file a claim.

I had not found the time to get you out to look at my roof from my questions a number of months ago Irving, looks like this storm makes a third part inspection moot however. If this storm doesn't deserve a claim than nothing would.

Upon inspection will they need to look internally as well (peek in the attic for leaks, verify if the repair will need new plywood sheeting or not based on code, etc)... or will the inspection likely be 100% external?

On a secondary tangent could the same adjuster for my company also do the vehicles or are homeowners and auto going to be two completely different paths.
