Rich is going to federal prison and this guy is going to Angola prison farm in Louisiana. I have driven by it a several times and can't imagine a more inhospitable place. At night in the summer, you have to stop every 30 miles to clear the windshield of mosquitos. This place is so horrible they have made movies of it.

This is what the mayor of New Orleans said during the Hurricane Katrina of looters to await trial...

"Anybody who is caught looting in the city of New Orleans will go directly to Angola. Directly to Angola. You will not have a temporary stay in the city.
