South Site Open?
Before I make the trek... does anyone know of the South Site is open? I know it was closed for a while with the fire and all. Anyone have first hand info?
It falls under the Pikes Peak Ranger District's purview so you might try calling them. They'll know it as the Turkey Track Shooting Area.

Only references I find online to any closure are dated to around the time of the fire and sounded like they'd be temporary.
