Yeah... I don't really see a problem here. Moron 1 wants to be Nutless. Moron 2 helps out in his limited yet helpful way. Moron 1 gets what he wanted. Neither should be able to reproduce or own dogs. Still Moron 2 did do society a favor in his own way.
