Short version is a man wearing "clown makeup" and wearing some sort of gloves with blades on them allegedly killed a man in Denver yesterday and then rode off on a scooter.

Wearing clown makeup on a public street automatically gets one moved from my Orange list of possible threats to Red. Red progresses to lethal force with little provocation.

I had a younger couple driving behind me the other day that were fully done up in The Joker and Harley Quinn outfits. Makeup, hair color and all. Driving a convertible Mercedes with it starting to rain. It was very odd and I kept an eye on them.
heard this one on the scanner right as it happened. description being BOLO'd out was interesting. Black hoodie, mask, wolverine claws on a push scooter. wtheck. ? strange.
Sometimes people trip and fall down stairs.
Sometimes assholes push people down stairs.
That doesn't mean "stairs are bad" nor does it make someone who pushes someone down the stairs any less of an asshole.
Getting into an argument, with someone in clown makeup, wearing 'wolverine' gloves, at a taco shop at 12:49 in the morning on a school night..... gee, what could POSSIBLY go wrong ??
