I'm in the market for a WWII era M1 Carbine.

My goal isn't a collector model but a shooter that is representative of the era. My preference is Winchester but not a must have. Inland, Standard Products, National Postal...etc are all fine. It will be a nice addition to my Garand and Remington 1903.

Any words of advice on what to look for, what to avoid given my shooter objective?
