Another welcome to the forum. And to answer your question, yes the TP is verboten to new members. You need to read all the rules and acknowledge that you read them, then participate in the forum by posting for 30 days.

Then you need to schedule with Marlin the mandatory "flipper rub, with lotion" before you will have access to the TP.

And don't feel put off when the other members ignore your posts, those of us in Aurora are considered too ghetto to be taken seriously by them.........
